Very intuitive! Didn't take long to get started. Maybe the pumpkins on each side could be different shades to make it obvious you can't take your opponent's? That was the only thing that tripped me up.
Really nice graphics. Would be great multiplayer. :)
If you can make multiplayer on this game - 10/10. Really fun to play. but at some point AI lags and stop moving, not happening everytime, but happened a few times.
Thanks for letting me know. I submitted after only 2 days and didn't have much time to test everything(most of my time went to models/music/sounds/etc). I will look into fixing the AI bugs after the jam is officially over, and maybe look into implementing some stuff like multiplayer.
I like the idea. The movement controls are a little difficult. I started to figure out how to play after a few tries. The limitation of no text, definitely makes this game tougher to figure out. I feel if I played a few more times I would get it more. Seems like a steep learning curve.
I have watched a couple people attempt to play the game in person and they have also had a lot of trouble starting out, but you are correct, it gets easier to control after playing it a few times. Unfortunately I found the game way too easy if the controls are changed.

maybe just remove the forward button since the other two move you as well. would make controlling your character less complicated but not easier
